Original NS Frauenschaft (National Socialist Women’s League) membership badge, in the classic inverted triangular form with multi-colored enamel construction.
The obverse features a black field with a white cross, centered by a red static swastika. The arms of the cross are flanked by the letters “G”, “H”, and “L”, representing the organization’s motto “Glaube, Hoffnung, Liebe” (Faith, Hope, Love). The upper white band bears the inscription “NAT. SOZ. FRAUENSCHAFT.”
The badge is bordered in blue enamel, indicating issue at the local (Orts) level, according to period organizational structure.
The reverse is clearly marked with the RZM code “M1/13,” identifying the manufacturer as Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen, a well-known producer of political insignia during the period. The badge retains its original horizontal pin assembly.
This pattern follows the earlier Deutscher Frauenorden design lineage, later adopted and standardized under the NS Frauenschaft organization.
