Original 2-DVD documentary set titled Operation Valkyrie: The Stauffenberg Plot to Kill Hitler. This production examines the famous 20 July 1944 assassination attempt against Adolf Hitler, led by Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg and a group of German military officers and resistance members.
Produced in collaboration with the German Resistance Organization (Forschungsgemeinschaft 20. Juli 1944), the documentary combines rare archival footage, dramatized recreations, expert commentary, and historical analysis to recount the planning, execution, and aftermath of one of the most significant resistance actions undertaken within Nazi Germany.
The set includes approximately 76 minutes of documentary content plus over 2 hours of bonus features, including material on Eva Braun, additional assassination attempts against Hitler, visits to historical sites connected to the conspiracy, and interviews with historians and surviving participants.
An excellent addition for collectors of WWII documentaries, German resistance history, and military history media.
