This example is constructed in zinc with a bronze finish, showing a consistent age-toned surface typical of Souval-produced pieces. The details remain well defined, with visible wear on the high نقاط, adding to its overall character.
The reverse is marked “R.S.”, attributed to Rudolf Souval of Vienna, a known maker who continued producing awards using original or period dies into the late-war and post-war era. The badge retains its original hardware setup, including a hinge, needle pin, and catch, all intact and functional.
