Original WWII-era German Schutzpolizei (Municipal Police) sleeve eagle, BeVo machine-embroidered in light gray thread on feldgrau wool backing. The design features the national eagle clutching a swastika, surrounded by a detailed oak leaf wreath. This type of insignia was worn on the left sleeve of service or dress uniforms by members of the Ordnungspolizei.
Very good condition with slight wear and light age toning to the thread, consistent with age. A textbook example for display or collection.
