German WWII Kriegsmarine Administration Officer Bullion Breast Eagle embroidered in silver bullion on the characteristic dark blue wool backing.
This scarce officer’s breast eagle was worn by officers of the Kriegsmarine Administration (Beamtenkorps). It features high-quality silver bullion embroidery, distinguishing it from the standard golden bullion insignia worn by line officers.
The eagle displays outstanding hand-crafted bullion work with excellent definition throughout the wings, body, and wreath. It has been carefully removed from a uniform and retains its original dark blue backing. The reverse shows the expected period backing material and original attachment remnants consistent with wartime manufacture and wear.
An increasingly difficult-to-find original Kriegsmarine Administration officer insignia, making it an excellent addition to any advanced German WWII naval or insignia collection.
