#1142 – WW1 Canadian Royal Montreal Regiment Cap Badge – Gaunt Marked

Original World War I cap badge for the Royal Montreal Regiment, featuring the crowned maple leaf and “HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE” garter motto. The reverse bears the maker’s mark “J.R. Gaunt, Birmingham”, confirming British manufacture during the war.
