Original WWII German Panzer officer’s shoulder board for the rank of Oberst (Colonel). Constructed with silver officer braid over a dark underlay, mounted on vivid pink Waffenfarbe backing cloth identifying the Panzer branch.
The shoulder board is fitted with two silver rank pips, corresponding to the rank of Oberst within the Wehrmacht officer corps. The bright pink backing remains highly visible and displays the classic appearance associated with German armored troops of the Second World War.
