Original WWII German pack of surgical cotton wadding (Polsterwatte) in its factory-sealed brown kraft paper wrap, dated May 6, 1943. This package contains 5 individual rolls of ordinary cotton wool (gewöhnliche Watte), used for wound care, padding, and first-aid purposes. Marked with clear production details and the instruction “Nur hier öffnen!” (“Open here only”) on one edge. Rare example of preserved WWII German medical supply.
