German WWII Heer BeVo EM/NCO Breast Eagle – Model 1935–1939 (Dark Green).
This is an original early BeVo machine-woven breast eagle manufactured for Heer enlisted men and NCOs (EM/NCO). Woven on the desirable dark green backing, this pattern was introduced in 1935 and remained in use until the transition to feldgrau-backed insignia around 1939–1940.
This example features exceptionally crisp woven details with excellent contrast and outstanding overall presentation. The original dark green backing remains clean, and the eagle exhibits only light period wear consistent with age. The reverse displays the characteristic BeVo weave and remains in excellent original condition.
An outstanding early-war Heer breast eagle that would make an excellent addition to any advanced Wehrmacht insignia collection or period uniform display.
