#2293 – WWII Luftwaffe Airman Winter Portrait — Vienna Studio RPPC

Original silver-gelatin real photo postcard with scalloped edges, approximately 9 × 13.5 cm. Close studio portrait of a young Luftwaffe enlisted man in double-breasted winter Mantel and side cap; the cap eagle over plain cockade (no wreath) indicates Luftwaffe. Reverse with purple studio stamp “FOTO WODITZKA FRITZ, VII. NEUBAUG[asse] 66” (Vienna). Condition: very good overall—light handling, a small crescent-shaped toning/scuff at upper right of the image and mild edge toning; no tears or creases. Clean, sharp Luftwaffe portrait with identifiable insignia and Vienna provenance.
