Original Royal Canadian Legion ceremonial past officer medal, issued for the rank of Past Officer – 1st Vice President. This attractive gilt-finished medal features the Legion emblem suspended from a blue-and-gold ribbon, with the correct two-part top bars reading “PAST OFFICER” and “1st VICE PRESIDENT.”
