Original German leather frog designed for the K98 bayonet.
Constructed of blackened leather with reinforced stitching and steel rivets, this example retains its classic wartime profile and remains a solid representative piece of German field equipment. The leather shows honest service wear and age consistent with period use.
The frog features the standard belt loop attachment on the reverse and the stitched lower bayonet scabbard sleeve with securing hole at the front. A practical accessory used by Wehrmacht personnel for carrying the Seitengewehr 84/98 bayonet on the combat belt.

Condition: Shows age, handling wear, and surface use to the leather. Stitching remains intact and solid overall. No visible maker markings present in the photographed areas.
