An original German WWII Kriegsmarine uniform button featuring the classic fouled anchor design within a rope border. The reverse is maker marked “19 JFS”, identifying the manufacturer as Josef Feix & Söhne (JFS), Gablonz an der Neiße, a well-known wartime producer of military insignia and uniform components.
This smaller 19 mm button was intended for use on the collar or pocket areas of Kriegsmarine uniforms. It retains an attractive aged brass finish with honest service wear and a secure original attachment loop.
