Original 25 Year Faithful Service Decoration (Treudienst-Ehrenzeichen 1. Klasse), instituted in 1938.
This award features a white enameled Maltese-style cross with the inscription “Für treue Dienste” on the obverse and a black enamel swastika on the reverse. The cross is mounted on a laurel wreath and suspended from its original blue ribbon.
The medal is housed in its period red presentation case, marked “25” on the lid. The interior retains its original velvet and ribbon mount. The enamel appears well preserved with no visible chipping. The case shows honest age wear to the edges consistent with period storage.
The 25-year decoration was awarded to civil servants in recognition of long and faithful service to the state.
