Original NSRKB (Nationalsozialistischer Reichskriegerbund) member’s breast eagle, manufactured in lightweight aluminum with its characteristic wide wingspan and finely detailed feathering. The central Iron Cross device and wreath with swastika are rendered in crisp relief, typical of period die-struck production.
The reverse is stamped “GES.GESCH” and maker code “18”, indicating protected design and manufacturer identification. The long horizontal pin, hinge, and catch assembly remain fully intact and functional. This type of breast eagle was worn on the civilian tunics of veterans’ association members during parades, ceremonies, and official gatherings.
