The reverse is stamped with the maker code “35”, which identifies the manufacturer as Wächtler & Lange in Mittweida, a well-known and respected producer of military and paramilitary insignia.
The stickpin is made of silvered metal, with the original knurled needle pin intact. It shows slight age patina, consistent with its vintage, but retains excellent definition and appeal.
